*Home*			Welcome to our website. You have reached the York Pennsylvania Chapter of Families with Children from China, otherwise known as The "White Rose" FWCC. Currently we number over 50 families, either having already adopted or in process to adopt. We come from the York, Lancaster, Harrisburg and Lewisberry areas in order to celebrate our children, their heritage and our shared love of Chinese culture, language, arts, food and fun. The children range in age from toddlers to teenagers. We are a diverse group, from many backgrounds, united in our love for our children. We welcome you to joins us! 	*Chinese New Year, 2007*	*Some of the things we do:* ~~We observe & celebrate all major Chinese Holidays. ~~We conduct regular business meetings. ~~We hold socials, barbeques and pot-lucks. ~~We schedule language and arts classes with local professionals and schools. ~~We also attend local cultural performances and festivals as a group. ~~We offer support and camaraderie to waiting families and hold informal support groups for them to share ideas, help and sometimes just to offer a shoulder to lean on! ~~Finally we simply enjoy each others company and that of our families!
